Project Intake Engine
Identity, legal owner, product/program type, stage, geography, launch target and operating assumptions.
FUNDMEISTER is designed as a source-agnostic operating system for founders, project teams, funders, sponsors and institutions. It can accept project information manually or from connected systems, track meetings and cohorts, organize relationships, identify talent/capital/equipment needs, build source-backed budgets, preserve evidence, and present a governed read-only view to authorized stakeholders.
These engines form the product architecture. Some are active in the IZZYAKOS control plane now; bank/payroll/provider integrations remain explicitly gated.
Identity, legal owner, product/program type, stage, geography, launch target and operating assumptions.
Meetings, interviews, cohorts, applications, demos, networking, decisions, milestones and next actions.
Partners, funders, customers, advisors, institutions and relationship stages without forcing a specific external CRM.
Grants, equity, loans, sponsorships, revenue, in-kind support and manual/API-supplied opportunities.
Match the actual project profile to opportunities and preserve why a match was made or rejected.
Requirements, source URLs, deadlines, restrictions, prerequisites, evidence gaps and verification state.
What role is needed, why it is needed, capacity, skills, timing and funding dependency.
What equipment or infrastructure is required, acquisition model, quantity and source-backed cost basis.
Capital need, cost assumptions, approved budgets, restrictions, committed amounts and actuals.
Authorized financial feeds, transfer reconciliation, project allocation, reimbursements and evidence state.
Receipts, quotes, contracts, reports and versioned evidence linked to the claim or transaction they support.
Defensible human-work allocation from WECL; payroll remains authoritative for compensation and statutory records.
Bookkeeping, CPA/tax, legal, securities, privacy, security, insurance and payroll questions routed to qualified reviewers.
Tester sessions, scenarios, outcomes, issues, persistence/stability observations and acceptance evidence.
Milestones, sources and uses, variance, risks, evidence and next needs for authorized stakeholders.
Required founder/operator learning so capital stewardship and company building improve alongside the product.
RBAC separates identity from authority. Access is scoped by organization, role and project.
Project stage, milestones, validation evidence, capital need, talent need, equipment need, approved sources/uses, reporting obligations and visible risks — only for projects they are authorized to see.
Bank credentials, private candidate records, payroll details, unrestricted evidence, unrelated company projects and administrative secrets do not become visible merely because somebody signed in.
The dedicated IZZYAKOS funder room now holds the live system links, current readiness boundaries and next-proof requirements for BOAMAN, TRACEBridge, CHOPX, My Accra, Pantryster and FUNDMEISTER.
Reviewers can move from the company thesis into the current BOAMAN deployment, TRACEBridge v4.7 review, CHOPX driver deployment, My Accra merchant demo and the corresponding system briefs without hunting across unrelated pages.
FUNDMEISTER keeps project stage, milestones, validation evidence, capital need, sources/uses, reporting obligations and visible risks distinct. A substantial build is evidence of execution; it is not silently converted into customer adoption or revenue.
The current MVP curriculum covers business systems, finance/bookkeeping, capital instruments, tax/CPA readiness, legal/fundraising boundaries, discovery/pilot design, reporting/governance and data stewardship.
