Help us understand the hiring problem. No sales pitch.

BOAMAN is an early-stage workforce research project in Columbus, Ohio. We are not selling a finished system or asking you to buy software. We want to learn from employers, staffing agencies, workforce programs and workers before designing a small pilot.

You can read these questions without signing in. A conversation normally takes 15 minutes. The product demonstration, if requested, is limited to five minutes.

Five questions we are testing

  1. Where does hiring break down? Which roles are hardest to fill or keep?
  2. What happens today? How do you assess a candidate's relevant experience and fit?
  3. What is the real cause? What factors seem to drive missed candidates, poor fits or early turnover?
  4. What would help? What evidence or workflow improvement would change your decisions?
  5. How would we know? What observable measure would justify a small, optional pilot?

Answers may disprove our assumptions. That is useful research, not a failed sales opportunity.
